The Mini Olympics is organized by the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, with more than 2,000 students from government and private schools to compete in a variety of sports, including football, basketball, volleyball and handball. The remaining sports are table tennis, athletics cricket, hockey, swimming, water sports, gymnastics, taekwondo, jiu jitsu and karting.
